To fulfill the requirements of the regulation authority, these teams are organized
internationally through the IARU (International Amateur Radio Union) and AMSAT (Radio Amateur
Satellite Corporation) who coordinate the activities. One aspect is building a satellite, while the other aspect is the use of it. Each licensed HAM may use the satellites, using appropriate equipment, and respecting the corresponding frequency, power, mode, and time regulation. |
